Check it out! My portfolio created with some of my graphic design works.
Most of which is not shown here in my DA gallery.
I'll be adding more graphic design stuff to it as well as different galleries like artwork and web design but for now this is what I have up.
It is really easy to set up a portfolio using DA's new portfolio feature. I might even buy the full thing if this works well for me and I need more room and such.

What is the best way to search for and/or find Groups related to your drawings?
So far I've only joined groups after they find me, but surly there is a way to search for them?
Or are only certain privileged people allowed to know all the best groups?

SketchBook Express

Downloaded a free software called SketchBook Express and I must say it's quite interesting.
It's a "trial" software for SketchBook Pro though the only thing I see that would be bothersome without the full version so far is that layers are merged even if you save it as a TIFF or a PSD file.
Which if I'm going for drawings that look more like they are originals instead of electronic that isn't much of a big deal for me.
Just finished one drawing with it using the marker tool and the felt tip pen tool. I think it went well considering it's been a long time since I've done something creative with a marker. XD
So I'll probably be fiddling around with SketchBook Express in future 365 Project drawings and staying with Photoshop for my big stuff till I get a better hang of the software and then I might upgrade to SketchBook Pro if I need it.
Sketchbook Express is available in the App Store for the Mac OSX Snow Leopard. Also I think PC users can get a trial version for Sketchbook Pro too.

Star Wars!!

Heh, as you could probably tell there have been lots of Star Wars pictures for my 365 Project!
I'm a big fan of Star Wars, plus I'm friends with plenty of people that are part of the 501st so that's why you are seeing lots of those lately. Plus a friend of mine shared a fun technique to use and I'm enjoying trying it out and seeing what I can do with it.
Eventually I'll run out of star wars characters to do and will get back to actually drawing but till then I'm having fun.
